How to book your place
Please complete the booking form or you can download it from here, you will need acrobat reader to open this, sign it and send it with the required amount. Deposits £60 per person for courses over £250, £45 per person for courses under £250 and full payment for day courses.
Until the deposit or full payment is received the booking is treated as provisional and will be held for 7 days.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Full payment is due on bookings made less than one month before the course begins.
Cheques should be made payable to The Kingcombe Trust
Balance of fees
After paying the deposit you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your booking. This is also an invoice for the balance of the course fee which is due one month before the start of the course - please check this information carefully.
If payment is not received one month before the start of the course, The Kingcombe Trust reserves the right to cancel your reservation, in which case normal cancellation terms will apply.
Please notify The Centre if you anticipate a delay in making your final payment.
Cancellation
If it is necessary for you to cancel your booking please inform The Kingcombe Trust in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation is effective from the date of receiving your letter.
If cancellation is made less than one month before the start of the course, whether deliberately or by default, the balance of fees must be paid in full. This condition is accepted when the booking is confirmed.
Programme details
Final details of the programme and itinerary will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the course commences.
Other changes
We regret that no reductions can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of the course.
Acceptance
The Kingcombe Trust reserves the right to refuse to accept any booking without stating a reason.
Travel & cancellation insurance
If you are forced to cancel or curtail your course you may be liable to payment of up to 100% of the course fees. The Kingcombe Trust cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to guests’ personal belongings, such as baggage or money. Therefore we recommend that you take out insurance cover prior to your visit. An optional insurance application form will be sent with your receipt or before on request. Alternatively you can make your own insurance arrangements.
Cancellation of the courses
This may happen if there are too few bookings - the minimum number is usually eight. In the case of cancellation, all deposits and any balances paid will be refunded in full. The decision to cancel will normally be taken and refunds made not less than a week before the start date.
